If you want AI citations, allow the AI Search Bots (you could block their training bots, but we generally don’t recommend B2B marketers doing so). Check your robots.txt, CDN, and firewall rules for blocks on crawlers like OAI-Searchbot, ChatGPT-User, Claude-SearchBot, Googlebot, PerplexityBot. Blocking them mostly removes you from AI answers.
