Justice for Children and Youth is a non-profit legal aid clinic that specializes in providing select legal representation to low-income children and youth in Toronto and vicinity who are facing conflicts with the legal system, education, social service or mental health systems.
Our objective was to create a website whose visuals sat in the “sweet spot” between “street cred”, “youth appeal”, and “trusted advisor”.
The result is a vertical home page design that speaks to a youth audience above “the fold”, and gradually changes its voice to communicate in a more targeted manner with (in vertical order) parents, youth workers, community members, other associations, researchers and lawyers.
